We've been learning all about the 3 states of matter and more recently...changes in matter. Yesterday we froze water into ice cubes to illustrate a liquid (water) turning into a solid (ice) form. Today we did the opposite and observed our solid melt down to a liquid!
I graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a B.S. in Education. I've taught both private and public school for 20 years. I was an active neighborhood parent at Mark Twain (now my daughter is starting middle school at Pin Oak!)...and am proud to teach there, too! I am excited about providing a challenging inquiry based experience as well as creating a caring, reflective and supportive classroom community.
