Today we played a game that involved adding 3 numbers together to equal a sum. At this point in the year, it is still OK to use manipulatives to count to help with this task.

- I graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a B.S. in Education. I've taught both private and public school for 20 years. I was an active neighborhood parent at Mark Twain (now my daughter is starting middle school at Pin Oak!)...and am proud to teach there, too! I am excited about providing a challenging inquiry based experience as well as creating a caring, reflective and supportive classroom community.
